Hi Jacqueline,
The correct email address is customer.service@booking.com.
Alternatively, you can compose a message via the extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. If there is no "compose new message" directly there then click on See Contact Options > select a relevant topic eg. Account > select a relevant subtopic eg. Other > then click see all contact options > Message > write your message.

I have been leaving message on the customer service Extra Net, tried emailing just not getting any response from Booking.com.
I am not getting any payments due to the wrong swift code used by Bookings.com sending bank.
I need them to attend to my emails, messages etc. This has been pending since the 26th of August 2022. Its just so frustrating not to be able to speak to anyone via direct message or email.

- CS is only for guests not partners and requires a PIN partners wont have
- PS is for partners, and officially there isthere is NO email address its just the Extranet messaging and the phone number options shown below.
